Partial Portfolio
Our expertise and capabilities are derived from 15 years of experience in a highly specialized ceramics/non metallic machining production shop for the military, medical and research industries where tolerances were kept to less than the required allowance. as a jig and fixture producer in the tooling department the allowance was even less, at about 10% of the allowance for the jig or fixture for repeatability . as the part(s) changed size and or dimensions, another jig or fixture was produced and as many times as each particular part moved through the machining process. each fixture was produced as a one off. as we are a small job shop serving local companies to suit their needs we still hold that same exact part producing quality as our standard.
