Cole Tool & Machine is a small business situated in Telford, Pennsylvania. We offer manufacturing services. Our expertise and your ideas are utilized to produce the finished product you want. We produce prototypes, single part, spec parts, replacement and repair parts, jigs and fixtures, and small part runs for any purpose. We also retrofit existing machinery to alter its performance. Whether you want to alter its adaptability or retrofit to enhance its performance or productivity.

Our knowledge and capabilities are based on 15 years' experience in a highly specialised ceramic/non-metallic machining shop for the military, medical, and research sectors, where tolerances were kept to less than the required allowance. As a result of my work in the tooling department as a jig and fixture producer, the allowance was even less, at about 10% of the allowance for the jig or fixture for repeatability. As the part(s) changed size and/or shape, another jig or fixture was produced and as many times as the part moved through the machining process, another jig or fixture was created. Each fixture was made as a one-of-a-kind piece. Because we are a small job shop serving local companies and meeting their demands, we still maintain the same standard for producing parts as our standard.
